Job summary

NTT DATA is recruiting for a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1). This entry level role focuses on providing professional remote technical support to clients, identifying and resolving incidents, and ensuring adherence to SLAs through proactive service delivery.

You will use service assurance tools, update knowledge bases, and coordinate with IT environments, vendors, and colleagues to diagnose root causes and implement preventative measures for stable service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.

Responsibilities

• Operates in region and provides remote technical support to clients by identifying and resolving incidents.
• Uses service assurance software to investigate, diagnose problems, and create reports.
• Escalates unresolved incidents and follows up until resolution.
• Maintains configuration items and records across systems.
• Coordinates with clients, vendors and colleagues to expedite diagnosis and resolution.
• Documents and closes resolved incidents according to procedures.
