Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide professional remote technical support to clients, identify and resolve incidents, and maintain zero SLA breaches. This entry-level role emphasizes incident management, knowledge use, and collaboration with vendors to restore services.

You will work remotely, coordinating with client IT environments and teams to ensure prompt, effective service delivery and thorough documentation of all activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support are handled according to procedures.
• Uses service assurance software to diagnose problems and creates reports for clients and teams.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
• Performs defined maintenance tasks and documents resolved incidents as prescribed.
