Job summary

NTT DATA is hiring a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support and resolve incidents, ensuring zero SLA breaches. This entry-level role focuses on diagnostic and remediation activities across a regional client footprint.

Responsibilities include incident triage, maintenance tasks, and knowledge-base updates, with emphasis on effective communication and cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support are handled per procedures.
• Uses service assurance software to diagnose problems and create performance reports.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
• Performs defined maintenance tasks and documents resolutions.
• Monitors service delivery against SLAs and updates records.
