This entry-level role emphasizes remote diagnostics, incident handling, and coordination with stakeholders across vendor technologies.

You will work in a remote-capable environment with a focus on knowledge sharing, escalation, and continuous improvement of service delivery processes. Training and onboarding are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support are handled according to procedures.
• Uses service assurance software to investigate and diagnose problems.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
• Carries out agreed maintenance tasks.
• Monitors service delivery against SLA and maintains records.
