Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support and incident resolution for clients. You will work in a distributed team, diagnose network incidents, and ensure adherence to SLAs while documenting actions and improving knowledge bases.

The role emphasizes proactive incident handling, knowledge sharing, and collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the support process and ensure requests are handled per procedures.
• Use service assurance tools to investigate, diagnose problems and create reports.
• Identify and resolve problems following procedures and perform maintenance tasks.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and follow up until resolution.
• Remediate incidents, update systems and tickets per SOPs.
