Job summary

NTT DATA, a global technology and services leader, is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to deliver professional remote technical support to clients. You will identify and resolve incidents, drive them to resolution, and maintain service quality in a remote working setup.

You will operate across cultures, apply active listening, and follow established procedures to ensure zero missed SLAs, while continually learning about vendor technologies and remote console

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.

Responsibilities

• Provides remote technical support to clients and resolves incidents.
• Uses service assurance tools to investigate problems and collect performance statistics.
• Identifies and resolves problems following procedures and documents resolutions.
• Maintains records of incidents and configurations to ensure service continuity.
