Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certifications in networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.
• Entry level experience in Networking technologies such as routing, switching, Wireless, SDI distribution, core and access layers.
• Entry level experience providing remote support in Networking technologies.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and handles requests per procedures.
• Uses service assurance tools to diagnose problems and reports findings.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
• Performs maintenance tasks and monitors service delivery against SLAs.
• Escalates unresolved incidents and follows up until resolution.
• Delivers remote technical support to clients and updates records.
