The role emphasizes using service assurance tools, documenting incidents, and coordinating with stakeholders to maintain service levels and knowledge base content across supported regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Computing or related field.
• Associate level networking certs such as CCNA/JNCIA/ACMA are desirable.
• Entry level networking knowledge across routing, switching, Wireless, SDI distribution.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the support process and handle requests per procedures.
• Use service assurance tools to diagnose problems and create reports.
• Identify and resolve incidents following procedures and escalate as needed.
• Perform defined maintenance tasks and update knowledge articles.
