NTT DATA is hiring an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to deliver professional remote technical support to clients. You will identify and resolve incidents, drive them to resolution, and maintain SLA compliance across regions.

Responsibilities include incident diagnosis, maintenance tasks, knowledge-base updates, and coordinating with vendors and teams to ensure fast, accurate service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in networking technologies (e.g., CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA) or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Provide remote technical support to clients and identify incidents.
• Investigate and diagnose problems using service assurance tools.
• Restore service by resolving incidents per procedures and SLAs.
• Coordinate maintenance tasks and update knowledge articles as needed.
• Log incidents with required detail and close resolved cases.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth resolution.
