NTT DATA is seeking a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide professional remote technical support to clients, diagnosing incidents and driving resolutions while maintaining SLA compliance. This entry-level role emphasizes knowledge of networking basics, remote support, and collaboration across stakeholders.

Formación

• Entry level networking knowledge across routing, switching, Wireless, and core/access layers.
• Experience providing remote client support.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot incidents remotely.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or computing.
• Associate networking certifications (Cisco/Juniper/Aruba/CCNA/JNCIA/ACMA).

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and follow the support process according to procedures.
• Use service assurance software to diagnose problems and report.
• Identify and resolve problems following procedures.
• Perform maintenance tasks as agreed.
• Update knowledge articles and incident records.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and maintain records.
• Prioritize and diagnose incidents per procedures.
• Investigate and resolve incident causes; escalate when needed.
• Provide service recovery after incident resolution.
• Log and close resolved incidents per procedures.
• Maintain configuration item records and protect assets from changes.
• Track and correct information related to CIs with tools and processes.
• Remotely investigate root causes and implement remedies.
• Maintain knowledge of specialisms and advise on applications.
• Ensure efficient resolution by coordinating product requests and teams.
• Provide client feedback and update systems and portals as prescribed.
