Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide professional remote technical support. You will identify and resolve incidents, drive them to resolution, and ensure zero SLA misses.

The role emphasizes knowledge sharing, documentation, and collaboration with clients and internal teams. Responsibilities include maintaining support processes, diagnosing issues with service assurance tools, and coordinating with vendors to ensure complete incident

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing.
• Associate level certification in networking technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.).
• Entry level experience in networking tech such as routing, switching, Wireless and core/access layers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the support process and ensure requests are handled per procedures.
• Use service assurance tools to diagnose problems and generate reports.
• Identify and resolve problems following procedures.
• Conduct maintenance tasks and update knowledge articles as needed.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and maintain records.
