You will identify and resolve incidents, restore service, and drive resolution within defined SLAs while collaborating with client IT environments and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing.
• Associate level certification in networking technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA).

Responsibilities

• Operate in the region to provide professional remote technical support to clients.
• Identify and resolve technical incidents and problems to meet SLA targets.
• Use knowledge articles to diagnose issues and update as required.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and maintain incident records.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and follow up until resolution.
• Coordinate with clients, IT environments, vendors and colleagues to expedite diagnosis.
