Job summary

NTT DATA is hiring a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support to clients, investigate incidents, and restore services within SLAs. This entry-level role focuses on learning vendor technologies and incident management while delivering reliable service to diverse clients.

Working remotely, you will monitor, diagnose, and escalate issues, document resolutions, and collaborate with global teams to improve service delivery and knowledge bases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support are handled per procedures.
• Uses service assurance software and tools to investigate and diagnose problems and create reports.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
• Performs defined maintenance tasks and ensures updates to knowledge articles as required.
• Monitors service delivery against SLAs and logs relevant information.
