Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support to clients across regions. The role focuses on identifying incidents, resolving problems, and restoring services while maintaining zero missed SLA conditions.

Responsibilities include monitoring service delivery, updating tickets, and coordinating with vendors and team members to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.

Responsibilities

• Operates in region providing professional remote technical support to clients and resolves incidents to meet SLA.
• Uses service assurance software and tools to investigate and diagnose problems and creates reports.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures and performs maintenance tasks.
• Monitors service delivery against SLAs and logs incidents with required detail.
• Escalates unresolved incidents and follows up until resolution.
• Maintains knowledge of specialisms and provides detailed advice on application.
