Responsibilities

Maintain the support process and ensure requests for support follow procedures.
Use service assurance tools to investigate, diagnose problems and report performance statistics.
Identify and resolve problems following defined procedures and carry out maintenance tasks.
Monitor service delivery against SLAs and log relevant information.
Escalate unresolved incidents and follow up until resolved.
Coordinate with stakeholders to expedite diagnosis and resolution.
