Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support across regions. You will identify incidents, diagnose issues and work toward zero SLA breaches while coordinating with clients and vendors.

You'll gain hands-on experience with networking technologies and vendor platforms, and you will document incidents, maintain CIs and contribute to knowledge articles to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the support process and ensure requests are handled per procedures.
• Use service tools to diagnose problems and report findings.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
• Coordinates with clients and vendors to expedite resolution.
