Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide professional remote technical support and resolve incidents for clients across regions. You will operate within defined procedures, monitoring service delivery and documenting outcomes.

Responsibilities include incident diagnosis, coordination with vendors and teams, and knowledge updates to improve service levels. This remote role offers growth within a global tech firm and exposure to networking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to clients and identify and resolve incidents.
• Follow procedures to maintain service levels and document resolutions.
• Use service assurance tools to diagnose problems and generate reports.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and coordinate with teams to restore service.
• Maintain knowledge of configuration items and protect assets from changes.
