NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide professional remote technical support to clients. You will identify and resolve incidents, perform routine maintenance, and ensure services meet agreed SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computing, or related field.
• Entry-level knowledge of networking technologies such as routing, switching, Wireless.
• Certifications such as CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests are handled per procedures.
• Uses service assurance tools to diagnose problems and generate reports.
• Identifies and resolves problems following procedures and performs maintenance tasks.
• Monitors service delivery against SLAs and logs relevant information.
• Investigates incidents, escalates unresolved issues, and follows up on resolutions.
• Documents and closes resolved incidents and maintains configuration items (CIs).
