NTT DATA is seeking an entry level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide professional remote technical support to clients. You will help identify and resolve incidents, logging details and ensuring SLA adherence.

The role focuses on remote support, troubleshooting, and coordination with client IT environments across defined regions, including growth opportunities within a global technology leader.

Qualifications

• Entry level knowledge of networking technologies such as routing, switching, Wireless.
• Support experience for clients, remote troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Understanding of vendor technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, RiverBed).

Responsabilités

• Provide professional remote technical support to clients and resolve incidents.
• Identify root causes, follow procedures and escalate when needed.
• Maintain records and update ticketing systems with accurate details.
• Collaborate with client IT environments, vendors and colleagues to expedite resolutions.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and report performance trends.
