Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.)

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support are handled according to procedures.
• Investigates problems using service assurance tools and creates reports for stakeholders.
• Prioritizes and diagnoses incidents; escalates unresolved issues and follows up to resolution.
• Documents and closes resolved incidents and maintains configuration item records.
