NTT DATA is seeking an entry level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to deliver remote technical support to clients. You will identify and resolve incidents, restore services promptly, and ensure SLA compliance while following defined procedures and using knowledge articles.

The role emphasizes proactive incident handling, collaboration with clients and vendors, and maintaining accurate configuration and ticketing records in a remote working environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level networking certifications (CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.).
• Entry level knowledge of vendor technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, RiverBed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remote technical support to clients and restore services.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve incidents per procedures.
• Escalate unresolved issues and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain knowledge articles and keep systems and tickets updated.
