NTT DATA is hiring an entry level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support, diagnose incidents, and collaborate with clients and vendors to restore services. You will work across Cisco, Juniper, Aruba and other networking platforms in a remote setting.

The role emphasizes proactive incident management, knowledge sharing, and maintaining service levels, with an opportunity to grow expertise in a global tech leader.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remote technical support to clients and identify incidents.
• Investigate problems using service assurance tools and diagnose issues.
• Escalate and follow up on unresolved incidents until resolution.
• Maintain records and update knowledge articles and portals.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to restore services.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and report performance gaps.
