NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide professional remote technical support to clients, identify and resolve incidents, and drive service restoration while meeting SLA targets. The role operates regionally and emphasizes knowledge of Cisco/Juniper/Aruba technologies and remote diagnostics.

The position requires basic networking knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to work across cultures with clients and vendors.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level networking certification in technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.
• Entry-level experience in networking technologies (routing, switching, Wireless, core/access) and in remote technical support.
• Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting networking incidents and supporting clients remotely.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the support process and handle requests according to procedures.
• Use service assurance tools to diagnose problems and report performance.
• Prioritize and diagnose incidents and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate maintenance tasks and document resolutions.
• Provide ongoing feedback to clients and update systems and portals as required.
• Log incidents with required detail and cooperate with stakeholders to expedite resolution.
