NTT DATA is seeking a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) in a remote working setup. This entry-level engineering role focuses on operating in region and providing a professional remote technical support service to clients by identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems.

You will use service assurance tools, document incidents, and coordinate with vendors and teams to maintain service levels.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support are handled according to procedures.
• Uses service assurance software and tools to investigate and diagnose problems and creates reports.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
• Carries out maintenance tasks and documents incidents according to procedures.
• Remotely investigates and identifies root causes of incidents and assists with remedies.
