NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support to clients, identify incidents and drive them to resolution.

You will work with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba and Riverbed technologies, maintain configurations, and ensure service levels while collaborating with a global team.

This role offers remote working and exposure to diverse environments, developing skills in incident management and client communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT or computing or related field.
• Associate level networking certifications (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA).
• Entry level knowledge of vendor technologies and remote support concepts.
• Willingness to work in a global, diverse team.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain support processes and handle requests per procedures.
• Use service tools to diagnose problems and report findings.
• Identify problems and resolve them following procedures.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and track until resolution.
• Provide service recovery and update systems and tickets.
