NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to operate in-region and provide remote technical support to clients. You will identify incidents, drive resolutions, and ensure zero missed SLA conditions through proactive service processes.

Responsibilities include diagnosing incidents, maintaining configuration items, coordinating with vendors, and documenting resolutions. A strong foundation in networking with Cisco/Juniper knowledge is expected, plus

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support are handled per procedures.
• Uses service assurance tools to investigate, diagnose problems and create reports.
• Identifies and resolves problems following defined procedures.
• Performs defined maintenance tasks and ensures knowledge articles are used.
• Monitors service delivery against SLAs and updates systems accordingly.
• Escalates unresolved incidents and follows up until resolution.
