NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support, diagnose incidents, and restore services for clients. You will work across cultures and coordinate with teams to ensure SLA targets are met and incidents are resolved efficiently.

The role emphasizes incident tracking, problem diagnosis, and knowledge base updates, with remote work as a primary workplace type.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support are handled per procedures.
• Uses service assurance software to investigate and diagnose problems and create reports.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
• Carries out defined maintenance tasks.
• Monitors service delivery against SLAs and maintains records.
• Escalates unresolved incidents and follows up until resolution.
