NTT DATA is seeking a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support, identify incidents, and drive resolutions while meeting SLA targets. This entry-level role emphasizes collaboration across cultures, problem-solving, and knowledge of networking fundamentals.

You will work remotely, document incidents, use knowledge bases, and coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to restore services quickly.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Entry-level knowledge of vendor technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, RiverBed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remote technical support to clients and identify incidents.
• Diagnose problems using service assurance tools and update knowledge articles.
• Escalate unresolved issues and follow up until resolution.
• Document and close incidents per procedures.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams to restore service.
