As an entry-level engineer, you will follow procedures, use service assurance tools, and document actions while coordinating with vendors and colleagues to ensure SLA compliance and continuous service improvements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Computing required.
• Associate networking certifications (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA) desired.
• Entry-level networking knowledge in routing, switching, wireless.
