Job summary

You will identify incidents, drive them to resolution, and ensure adherence to service levels while coordinating with colleagues and suppliers as needed.

As part of a global team, you will practice proactive incident management, document outcomes, and apply knowledge to prevent recurrence, all while maintaining secure configuration

Qualifications

• Entry-level engineering role.
• Remote technical support to clients.
• Familiarity with incident and problem management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain support processes and handle requests per procedures.
• Use service tools to investigate, diagnose, and report problems.
• Identify and resolve problems following agreed procedures.
• Perform maintenance tasks and update knowledge articles.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and log information.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and follow up until resolution.
