NTT DATA is seeking an entry level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide expert remote technical support to clients, identify and resolve incidents, and restore services while maintaining SLAs. The role requires foundational networking knowledge and willingness to work across cultures in a remote setting.

You will interact with clients, log and escalate issues, and use standard tools to diagnose problems.

Formación

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.
Entry level experience in Networking technologies such as routing, switching, Wireless, SDI distribution, core and access layers.
Entry level experience in technical support to clients.
Entry level experience in diagnosis and troubleshooting.
Entry level experience providing remote support in Networking technologies.

Responsabilidades

Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support are handled per procedures.
Uses service assurance tools to investigate problems and collect performance stats.
Identifies and resolves problems following procedures and maintains records of information.
Performs defined maintenance tasks and monitors service delivery against SLAs.
Logs incidents with sufficient detail and escalates as needed.
Cooperates with stakeholders to expedite diagnosis and resolution.
