NTT DATA is seeking a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to join its remote support team. This entry level role focuses on identifying and resolving networking incidents, delivering professional remote technical support to clients to restore services and meet SLA targets.

You will use knowledge of routing, switching and vendor technologies to investigate issues, apply known solutions, and escalate as needed, while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or computing.
• Associate level networking certifications preferred.
• Entry level experience in networking and remote client support.

Responsabilidades

• Operate in region and provide remote technical support to clients.
• Identify and resolve networking incidents to restore services.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and ensure SLA adherence.
• Maintain knowledge articles and update systems and portals.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams during incident handling.
