NTT DATA in Spain is seeking an entry level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1). The role focuses on operating in region and delivering remote technical support to clients by identifying and resolving incidents to minimize SLA breaches.

You will monitor service delivery, use knowledge articles, document incidents, and coordinate with vendors to resolve issues while building knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, and Riverbed technologies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT or computing required.
• Associate level networking certifications (Cisco/Juniper/Aruba) desirable.
• Entry-level knowledge of networking technologies and remote support.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remote technical support to clients and investigate incidents.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and document resolutions.
• Use knowledge articles to diagnose and resolve problems and assist with updates.
