Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Associate networking certifications (CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA) encouraged.
• Entry-level experience in networking, routing, switching, and remote support.
• Ability to work across cultures and in remote environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remote technical support to clients and resolve incidents.
• Investigate problems using service assurance tools and document findings.
