NTT DATA is seeking a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to join our team and deliver remote technical support to clients. In this entry-level role, you will identify incidents, diagnose problems, and drive resolutions to meet SLA targets while maintaining secure configurations across CIs.

You will work with cross-functional teams, apply knowledge articles, and coordinate with vendors to restore services efficiently.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support are handled per procedures.
• Uses service assurance software to diagnose problems and report performance.
• Identifies and resolves problems following procedures.
• Performs defined maintenance tasks and updates knowledge articles.
• Escalates unresolved incidents and follows up until resolution.
