Job summary

NTT DATA is hiring an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide professional remote technical support to clients, identify and resolve incidents, and drive resolutions to meet SLA targets. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies (Cisco/Juniper/Aruba/F5/CCNA/JNCIA/ACMA).

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process per procedures.
• Uses service assurance tools to diagnose problems and create reports.
• Identifies and resolves problems following procedures.
• Performs maintenance tasks.
• Uses knowledge articles for diagnosis and resolution and updates as needed.
• Monitors service delivery against SLAs and maintains records.
• Analyses service records to identify improvement actions.
• Prioritizes and diagnoses incidents per procedures.
• Investigates causes and seeks resolution.
• Escalates unresolved incidents until resolved.
• Delivers service recovery after resolution.
• Documents and closes resolved incidents.
• Maintains configuration items (CIs) and protects assets.
• Tracks and corrects CI information and changes.
• Remotely investigates root causes and implements remedies.
• Maintains knowledge of specialisms and advises on applications.
• Ensures efficient resolution with team coordination.
• Provides feedback to clients and updates systems.
