Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in networking, remote client support, and diagnosing incidents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the support process and handle requests per procedures.
• Use service assurance tools to diagnose problems and report findings.
• Identify and resolve incidents following agreed procedures.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and maintain records.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide continuous feedback to clients and update systems.
