NTT DATA is hiring an entry-level, remote field service engineer to join our global team. You will diagnose and resolve technical incidents remotely, ensuring zero missed SLAs through proactive service management and accurate logging.

You will work with routers, switches, and vendor technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, and RiverBed, collaborating with clients and internal teams to restore services quickly and efficiently.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certifications in networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA.
• Entry level experience in networking technologies: routing, switching, Wireless, SDI distribution, core and access layers.
• Entry level experience providing remote client support.
• Entry level experience diagnosing and troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains support processes and handles requests per procedures.
• Uses service assurance tools to investigate problems and collect performance data.
• Identifies and resolves problems following procedures.
• Performs defined maintenance tasks.
• Uses knowledge articles for incident diagnosis and resolution.
• Monitors service delivery against SLAs and keeps records.
• Prioritizes and diagnoses incidents per procedures.
• Investigates causes of incidents and seeks resolution.
• Escalates unresolved incidents and follows up until resolved.
• Documents and closes resolved incidents per procedures.
• Maintains configuration items and related data securely.
• Tracks and protects assets from unauthorized change.
• Remotely investigates and identifies root causes of incidents.
• Maintains knowledge of specialisms and provides detailed advice.
• Ensures efficient resolution by coordinating product requests with teams.
• Provides feedback to clients and updates systems and portals.
• Identifies problems before they occur and logs incidents promptly.
