Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer to provide remote technical support to clients, identify incidents, and drive resolution while ensuring SLAs are met. You will operate in a remote working setup, applying vendor networking basics and incident management practices to maintain service continuity and improve client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the support process and ensure requests for support follow procedures.
• Use service assurance software to diagnose problems and generate reports.
• Identify and resolve problems following agreed procedures.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and follow up until resolution.
