Job summary

NTT DATA is hiring an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer. The role focuses on delivering professional remote technical support to clients, identifying, diagnosing and resolving incidents, and driving adherence to SLAs.

You will use service assurance tools and collaborate with users, vendors and teams to restore services efficiently. Responsibilities include maintaining configuration items, logging incidents, and applying knowledge articles to incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in Networking technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA).

Responsibilities

• Maintain support processes and ensure requests are handled per procedures.
• Investigate and diagnose problems using service assurance tools and logs.
• Identify and resolve problems following agreed procedures.
• Perform defined maintenance tasks and monitor service delivery against SLAs.
• Log incidents with required details and coordinate with stakeholders to expedite resolution.
