Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, CCNA, JNCIA, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to clients and resolve incidents.
• Investigate problems using service assurance tools and diagnose root causes.
• Maintain records, update portals and tickets with accurate information.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and follow up until resolution.
• Collaborate with client IT environments, vendors and colleagues to expedite diagnosis.
