Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to operate regionally and provide remote technical support to clients. You will identify incidents, resolve issues, and drive services to ensure zero SLA breaches across responsibilities with colleagues and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or Computing.
• Associate level networking certifications (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA).
• Entry level experience in networking technologies and remote technical support.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support follow procedures.
• Uses service assurance software to investigate and diagnose problems.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
• Carries out agreed maintenance tasks.
• Keeps knowledge of specialisms and provides guidance.
• Escalates unresolved incidents until resolution.
• Documents and closes resolved incidents per procedures.
