Qualifications

• Entry level in Networking technologies such as routing, switching, Wireless and core/edge layers.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or Computing or related field required.
• Associate level networking certifications (Cisco/Juniper/Aruba/CCNA/JNCIA/ACMA) desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to clients and resolve incidents.
• Operate in region to restore service and meet SLA targets.
• Use service assurance tools to diagnose problems and generate reports.
• Maintain accurate configuration items and knowledge base articles.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and coordinate with vendors as needed.
