NTT DATA is hiring an entry level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support, diagnose incidents, and drive resolution for clients. The role focuses on adhering to SLAs, maintaining configuration records, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

The position requires basic networking knowledge (routing, switching, Wireless) and associate certifications, with a strong emphasis on communication skills and cross-cultural collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in networking technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.).
• Entry level experience in Networking technologies such as routing, switching, Wireless, SDI distribution, core and access layers.
• Entry level experience in technical support to clients and remote support in Networking technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the support process and handle requests per procedures.
• Use service assurance tools to diagnose problems and generate reports.
• Identify and resolve problems; perform maintenance tasks.
• Utilize knowledge articles and update as needed.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and log relevant information.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and follow up to resolution.
• Coordinate product requests to ensure repairs are carried out.
• Provide continuous feedback to clients and update systems.
