Qualifications

• Associate level networking certifications (Cisco/Juniper/Aruba/F5/CCNA/JNCIA).
• Entry-level experience in networking technologies such as routing, switching, Wireless.
• Remote work experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests are handled per procedures.
• Uses service assurance software to diagnose problems and collect performance data.
• Identifies and resolves incidents following established procedures.
• Carries out defined maintenance tasks and updates knowledge articles as needed.
• Documents and closes resolved incidents according to procedures.
