Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing.
• Associate level certification in networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA.
• Entry-level experience in networking technologies and remote client support.

Responsibilities

• Operate in region and provide remote technical support to clients.
• Identify and resolve incidents to meet SLA requirements.
• Use service assurance tools to diagnose problems and generate reports.
• Investigate root causes and escalate unresolved incidents until resolution.
• Log incidents with detailed information and update ticketing systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to implement fixes.
