Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support to clients and rapidly diagnose and resolve incidents. You will operate across regions using service assurance tools, documenting resolutions and maintaining accurate configuration data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA.

Responsibilities

• Operate as an entry level engineer providing remote technical support to clients.
• Identify and resolve incidents to meet SLA targets.
• Use service assurance tools to diagnose problems and generate reports.
• Record and document resolved incidents and maintain CI configuration data.
• Escalate unresolved issues and coordinate with other teams to implement remedies.
