Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support to clients and identify/resolution incidents. You will ensure service restoration and zero missed SLA conditions through proactive incident management and clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level networking certifications (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA) are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the support process and ensure requests are handled per procedures.
• Use service assurance software to diagnose problems and create reports.
• Identify and resolve problems following agreed procedures.
• Carry out maintenance tasks and monitor service delivery against SLAs.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and follow up until resolution.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and colleagues to diagnose and resolve errors.
