NTT DATA is seeking a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide professional remote technical support to clients, diagnose incidents, and drive resolutions while maintaining SLA adherence. This entry-level role focuses on regional service delivery and coordination with internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities include incident handling, maintenance tasks, knowledge base updates, and ensuring secure configuration management.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the support process and ensure requests follow procedures.
• Use service assurance tools to diagnose problems and generate reports.
• Identify and resolve problems following procedures and perform maintenance tasks.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and maintain relevant records.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and coordinate with clients and vendors for resolution.
