Qualifications

• Associate level certification in networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to clients and identify/resolution of incidents.
• Investigate problems using service assurance tools and maintain records for SLA tracking.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and coordinate with stakeholders to achieve timely restoration of services.
• Document resolutions and update knowledge articles as required.
• Communicate effectively with clients across cultures and sectors.
